Returns are accepted within 10 days from the day merchandise is received - (contact us within 5 days of receipt). Merchandise must be unused and in good condition in order to receive a refund (less the cost of shipping)/ credit/exchange.
Refunds/exchanges, store credits will be processed upon receipt of returned merchandise (less the original shipping charges).
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the sender. Packages must have a tracking number. COD shipments will not be accepted. We will not be responsible for lost packages.

Bambina di Cioccolato and LS7 brands' domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times vary depending on the item being shipped. In addition orders placed with different brands will ship from each of their respective locations directly to the customer. Therefore you may have multiple deliveries. Generally orders shipped within the US take between 5-10 business days for delivery (from the time the order has been processed). International delivery times vary by country. Please allow 1-3 weeks depending on your location. Overseas shipments may be subject to duties which the buyer is responsible for.
PLEASE NOTE: there are international shipping restrictions on certain products. Not all items are available for international delivery. Please check each product description for shipping restrictions as certain brands and products do not ship internationally. Orders to Mexico are shipped only with FedEx and require additional fees for this service.
We cannot guarantee arrival times for international shipments (due to standard delivery variations in regional postal services.) Not all shipments can be tracked overseas - depending on their destination. Several have agreements with the US Postal Service whereby they will scan and update shipments. See www.usps.com for details. If you would like your package to be insured and tracked additional shipping costs apply. Please contact us for more details.
Please make sure that you have entered your current and correct shipping address at check out. If an address must be updated please let us know as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be redirected. We are not responsible for the replacement of orders that are shipped to inaccurate addresses (that are provided by buyers).
Earth Harbor Naturals Policy:
Our policy is to make you happy; that's why we have a 30-Day Love It Guarantee. We hand-make our items in small batches with lots of love. It is our genuine hope that you thoroughly enjoy every product that you receive from us. We understand that everyone has unique, individualized skin, and that because of this, skincare products work differently for everyone. We encourage you to reach out to us if you have any questions about a specific product before purchasing it.
Our goal is for you to be entirely satisfied, and we will do what we can to make sure you are pleased with every purchase. If you are not happy with your Earth Harbor product(s), you may return or exchange them within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us.. Refunds are typically processed as store credit. There must be at least 50% of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. Please note that 1) any shipping costs are non-refundable as it is paid directly to our providers (this includes orders that received "free shipping"), 2) returns are only accepted for US orders, 3) returns and exchanges are not accepted for any promotional items (free samples, gifts with purchase, etc.), and 4) we are currently unable to accept partial returns for sets/kits.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we will happily send a replacement right away. A photograph of the damage/defect is required. It needs to be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned to us, we may refund the cost of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded. Note also that we will not be able to refund purchases made from our stockists, but may provide store credit with a proof of purchase.
We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges including those with or without proof of purchase. We also do not assume responsibility for compensation or reimbursement of returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery to Earth Harbor Naturals.
For U.S. Orders: Are shipped with USPS. Delivery is usually in 2–5 business days.
For International Orders: Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items. Buyer must pay any local customs or duties charged. We are required to disclose the standard full price of an item on customs forms.
Lizush Policy:RETURNS 10 days policy. Buyers will be responsible for all shipping cost. If there is damage during shipping, please contact us. Policy lasts 10 days. A refund or exchange will not be offered after that. To be eligible for a return item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that it was received. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once the item is returned and inspected, notification of approval or rejection will be sent. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
Ryan Porter Policy:
We are more than happy to exchange an item if there is something wrong with the order, or if the product has a defect. Exchanges can only be done 7 days after delivery, please contact us within 7 days. For exchanges due to incorrect order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.
